LASH&Pretty works from two locations: 12485 Scarsdale Blvd Suite A in Houston and 2743 Smith Ranch Rd Suite 2001 in Pearland. The Houston location keeps extended hours, open weekdays until 8:00 pm, Saturdays until 3:00 pm and Sundays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic, hybrid, volume and mega-volume sets are offered, with the Classic Cute Set suited to first-time clients. Refills come in classic, hybrid, volume, mega-volume and foreign versions, the last for lashes applied by another artist. Add-ons include colored lashes, wispy lashes and a lash bath on existing extensions, and lash removal is done professionally to protect natural lashes. Refills need 40 to 50 percent of extensions still in place on arrival; if fewer than 40 percent remain, a full set is charged.

Brow services include henna brow tinting, brow tinting with shaping, and brow lamination. Lamination is finished with a setting lotion that keeps brows brushed up and lifted, and brow tinting can be added to it. Waxing covers eyebrow shaping and upper lip hair.

The studio also offers Pretty Airbrush Tan and Pretty Teeth Whitening. The whitening is described by the business as natural, organic and cruelty-free, and the business states results of three to five shades lighter.
