Services are by appointment only, with hours Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm. New clients can book a complimentary 30-minute consultation, in person or by phone. The studio describes the room as peaceful and relaxing, in a setting it considers safe.

Lash work uses Xtreme Lashes semi-permanent extensions, applied with an adhesive the studio describes as medical-grade and made in a US-based facility that it says is FDA registered.

Online booking through Booksy requires a deposit or a card on file. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, while cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows are charged the full service amount. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and still pay for the booked service.

Lash looks are tailored to each client's eye shape, face shape, profession and lifestyle, and every extension application is customized, with the diameter and length chosen for that client.

The studio describes its setting as peaceful, relaxing and safe.

Brow tweezing, tinting, henna and lamination, where lamination sets brow hair in an even shape for about six weeks. Tweezing is an add-on that must be booked with another service.
