Services are shaped around each client's style and goals, and new clients are asked to start with a lash consultation. That consultation happens on a separate date before the first lash appointment. A full set of lash extensions takes about 90 to 120 minutes, and a refill takes about 50 to 65 minutes. Fills are usually booked every two to four weeks, and the salon suggests maintenance every two to three weeks. A fill is typically done around two weeks after the last visit, once at least half to three quarters of the extensions remain.

Beyond lashes, the salon offers eyebrow tinting in black, brown, blonde and auburn, and brow lamination, which perms the brows for a fuller, straighter look. Brow lamination is offered to both men and women. Lash removal uses a gel-based product that loosens adhesive without harming natural lashes. The waxing menu covers lips, chin, side burns, brows, underarms, full face and full arms.

Booking requires a $50 deposit for full set lash extensions. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged $30, or $50 for full sets. Clients who arrive late are charged for the full session, and the salon checks whether there is enough time to proceed.
