Extensions come in four styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash for a natural, longer look and is suited to first-time clients. Hybrid is mostly classic lashes with about 20 to 30 percent volume lashes for a wispy, textured finish, while hybrid plus is mostly volume lashes with about 20 to 30 percent classic lashes for a fuller, fluffy look. Volume is the most dramatic option and also suits clients with sparse natural lashes or bald spots. Fullsets and refills are both available for each style.

For clients who prefer not to wear extensions, the studio offers a lash lift, which curls the natural lashes, and it suits people sensitive to extensions. Brow lamination is a chemical service that softens brow hairs so they can be brushed into place, and the studio also offers brow tint and lash tint as add-ons.

Booking terms are set out in advance. Fullset appointments require a 35 percent deposit, applied to the fullset purchase at the visit. Other appointments need 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel and avoid a $30 fee, and fullset appointments are excepted from that fee. Deposits are not refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, though rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead lets the deposit carry over. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling or a shorter appointment. No refunds are offered on any services. Concerns reported within two days are corrected at no extra charge, and extensions are removed free of charge for clients who have an allergy and cannot wear them.
