The Volume Sets combine YY and Russian volume fans for a bold, fluffy look. The cleansing menu includes eye makeup removal for $15, a deep cleanse for $35 aimed at clients who wear heavy eye makeup often, and extension removal for $35.
Before a visit, clients are asked to bring headphones, wear comfortable clothing, and remove contacts or bring a case for them. Extensions are applied with a medical grade adhesive. Allergic reactions are described as rare but possible; a client who reacts can have extensions removed and receive a 50% refund of the service cost.
After an appointment, clients keep extensions dry for two hours. Day-to-day care includes not rubbing or pulling on lashes, keeping oil-based products away from the eyes, avoiding mascara, curlers, perms and tinting, limiting prolonged heat, and cleaning extensions nightly with a lash cleanser. If a client loses half or more of their extensions within three days of the appointment, one free fix is offered.
Cancellations need 24 hours notice by call or text. Appointments canceled with less notice are subject to a 30% fee of the scheduled service. Scheduling is flexible, and clients can text to ask about being fit in. Gift cards are sold, and a gift card balance can be checked.
