Classic sets come in Natural (120 lashes total), Full (180) and Dramatic (240). Wispy/Wet sets, also called Anime, use narrow handmade fans with spikes of varying lengths for a darker, fuller look that stays lightweight, and are offered in a Lite option (about 50% coverage) or a Full option (about 80%). Hybrid sets pair single classic lashes with lightweight volume fans to add dimension and softness.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers the Lami Set, a newer design that imitates a lash lift with a soft glam finish, and a Lash Lift & Tint that curls natural lashes without mascara for several weeks. Lifts are not recommended for lashes shorter than 8 mm, damaged or weak lashes, extremely sparse lashes or frizzy lashes. Bottom lash work, waxing and removal are also available, and removal is advised when extensions were applied elsewhere, are more than a month old, or a different set is wanted.

A $25 allergy patch test takes about 15 to 20 minutes and is recommended for clients with a past allergic reaction or eye sensitivity. It cannot be done on the same day as a lash appointment. Clients who react within 24 hours should contact the salon, which says it will arrange a free removal.

First-time clients complete a waiver and a consultation before their appointment, and must disclose eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments affecting the eye area. A credit card is required to book and payment is taken in store. Refills are booked by days since the last set: 8 to 14 days for a 2-week refill, 15 to 21 for a 3-week refill and 22 to 28 for a 4-week refill. Sets older than 28 days are treated as new, and extensions applied by other salons must be removed before a new set. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a $20 fee, rescheduling within 12 hours costs $20, and no-shows are charged 50% of the service price. Product purchases and completed services are not refundable.
