The studio says its focus is on the quality of the work, customer service, and the health of clients' natural lashes. Extensions are applied with a waterproof, medical-grade bonding adhesive. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a natural look and added length, volume sets build several lightweight extensions into each handmade fan, and signature wet lashes use narrow, nearly closed fans for a textured, dramatic effect. The business says it is an expert in wet lashes and that quality on extensions is guaranteed by the studio.
A full set takes about two hours and is done with the client lying down and eyes closed. Refills are recommended every two to four weeks and take 60 to 80 minutes, and refill prices depend on the artist level (Master Top or Master Classic) and the lash style. Clients are asked to arrive about 15 minutes early without eye makeup, curled lashes or mascara, and to avoid caffeinated drinks before a first extension appointment.
Non-extension services include a keratin lash lift that curls and tints natural lashes in about an hour without adding lashes, and eyebrow lamination that sets brow hairs in an upward direction for a brushed-up look. Brow lamination results last up to four to six weeks, and it can be done without tint on request.
Returning clients can view schedules and book online. New clients can submit a request form and choose a preferred location. Gift cards are available.
