Lash extension options range from classic sets to wet-look styles, natural volume and extra volume, with fills booked at two, three or four weeks. Full sets use one extension per natural lash, while the natural volume and wet effect styles use fanned lashes, and clients can choose the length in the natural volume set. The studio also offers keratin lash lifts and lash tints, which darken natural lashes, along with brow tinting, brow lamination and a brow shaping service that includes waxing or tweezing and mapping.

Visits are booked through the studio's booking platform, which is also where payments are made. The studio is open Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 11:30 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The cancellation policy sets a 90% cancellation fee, and clients are asked to notify the studio as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.

Services are customized to each client's lashes and brows rather than offered as a single fixed routine.
