Lash extensions are the core of the menu, in four styles. Natural Classic applies one extension to one natural lash for a natural look. Hybrid combines classic and volume lashes and suits people with a good amount of natural lashes. Volume uses hand-made lash fans placed on each natural lash and suits fine or sparse lashes. Mega Volume builds on Volume sets for extra fullness. The business says each treatment is customized and that the team works with each client to settle on the right service.

A full application typically runs one to two and a half hours, depending on the number of lashes and the set type. The business uses a low-fume lash adhesive approved for cosmetic use, which bonds extensions to the natural lash rather than the skin, and says all equipment is disinfected before each use. Infill visits are recommended about two to three weeks after the first appointment, once the natural lashes are mature enough to hold an extension. Refills are for existing clients only, and new clients book a touch-up. The price of a refill depends on how many days have passed since the last visit and how many natural lashes remain, with a higher retention needed for shorter gaps.

Beyond extensions, Lash M offers lash lifts with or without tint, brow lamination, and a combined lash lift and brow lamination. Bottom lash extensions and extension removal are also available.

Clients get a text reminder 48 hours before an appointment. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid extra fees, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged a share or all of the service value, which can be applied to a later appointment. Services are nonrefundable, and the business may decline service to anyone. Before an appointment, clients are asked to remove hard contact lenses, and after a set they are advised to keep lashes dry for 24 hours and to use oil-free, lash-safe makeup remover and avoid eyelash curlers and waterproof mascara.

Each treatment is tailored to the client, and the team helps each person choose the service that fits their natural lashes.
