The studio's lash extension work is volume-only, with volume sets starting at 5D and Mega Volume starting at 10D, and 5D to 12D fans available.

Each lash extension appointment opens with a brief consultation. Facial treatments also begin with a personal consultation and skin analysis. Lash extension fills depend on how many lashes a client still has, since current retention affects how a volume fill looks, and classic fills require at least 40 percent retention.

Beyond extensions, the menu includes the Lash Lift 360, which adds a plumping gold serum and a keratin infusion after the lift, and brow lamination, which can be combined with lash lifts or semi-permanent lashes. Waxing is done with Starpil hard wax and covers face, body and bikini services, with monthly membership options for unlimited underarm or full face waxing and for packages of Brazilian and leg waxing.

Facial options range from a 30-minute Mini Custom Facial and a 30-minute Hydrafacial Mini Glow to an 80-minute Hot and Cold Hydrafacial, with Hydra Glow adding LED light therapy. Hydrafacial treatments use Sorella Apothecary products, and the studio also sells products online and offers e-gift cards.

The studio is run as a clean, ethically operated business that values the client relationship. Its lash extensions use only synthetic fibers and cruelty-free products.
