Extensions are semi-permanent synthetic lashes, with each one attached to an individual natural lash. The salon offers several styles: classic sets use one extension per natural lash for a natural look, hybrid sets mix one classic extension with two to three volume lashes, volume sets use four to six per natural lash, and mega volume sets use seven to ten.

A full set costs $175 for classic or hybrid, $190 for volume and $200 for mega volume, and takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. Fills run $75 for classic or hybrid, $85 for volume and $100 for mega volume, and take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Removal is $40 and takes about 30 minutes. A full set is needed at the first visit, with fills recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. A fill done 4 weeks or more after the previous visit is charged at full set price.

Clients are asked to arrive with lashes clean and free of mascara and makeup. A credit card is required at booking to hold the appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice by phone to Kaylee. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked total. Services are performed within the original appointment window, so late arrivals are charged for the full session or can reschedule with a 50% fee. The salon does not offer refunds, but it will remove extensions at no charge if a client develops an allergy.
