Full sets range from a classic set, with one extension per natural lash for a natural, mascara-like look, to volume sets that place several lightweight extensions on each lash. Mega Volume uses ultra-fine handmade fans for the fullest, darkest finish the studio offers. Angel sets combine lightweight closed fans and spikes mapped to the eye shape, in black or brown. Wet Look uses narrow closed fans for a dark, spiky effect, also mapped to the eye. Anime sets pair long spikes with shorter lashes, customized to the eyes. Hybrid blends classic and volume lashes and is one of the studio's most popular styles. Let Me Cook and Let Me Bake are freestyle sets in which the artist has creative control over mapping, texture and styling; clients are asked to provide photos or videos of the finished set.

Fills are for returning clients whose extensions have grown out, and they require at least 40 percent of existing extensions to remain; otherwise a full set is needed. The 1 Week Fill covers clients returning within 7 days, the 2 Week Fill (described as the studio's most popular maintenance visit) covers 8 to 14 days, the 3 Week Fill covers 15 to 21 days, and the 4 Week Fill covers 22 to 28 days with a full refresh. UV lash adhesive is included in fills at no extra cost. A Foreign Fill is for sets completed over another artist's work and includes extra consultation, assessment and blending. If existing extensions cannot be safely filled, a removal and new full set may be recommended. Touch-ups are available within 7 days of a last appointment, one per full set, and replace a small number of shed extensions; they are not a substitute for a fill.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 1:00 pm to 12:00 am, Thursday and Friday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm; the studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Late Night appointments run Tuesday and Wednesday from 7 pm to 12 am and carry a $20 after-hours fee and a $40 non-refundable deposit applied to the total. Late Night pricing cannot be combined with other deals or promotions, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the remaining balance, while no-shows are charged the full total. Only Late Night category services can be booked in those hours, though several other services can be added with the same fee. The $100 Fullset Deal covers classic, angel, hybrid and volume sets, requires a $40 deposit, and cannot be booked during Late Night times.

Cluster sets come in simple or classic, medium and advanced styles, allowing customization of style and shape; the simple or classic set is described as lasting about 1.5 to 2 weeks with proper care. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup where possible. Bottom lashes, lash removal and lash touch-ups are available as add-ons.

The studio tailors each lash set to the client's features and uses high-quality products.
