Services are organized into brows, facials, lashes and waxing, and gift cards are available.

The studio is run by owner Melanie LaHood, a licensed esthetician. The facial menu includes the Customized Skin Ritual, a 60-minute treatment adjusted to each client's skin needs, and the Mini Skin Reset, a 30-minute facial. Brow services range from a 20-minute shape and sculpt with waxing, mapping and tweezing to a 30-minute shape and tint. The lash menu covers tints, lash removal of all extensions, fills and a Korean lash lift with tint that takes about 70 minutes. Regular fills are only for current lash clients, are not offered for lashes applied elsewhere, and need at least half the lashes still in place, two to two and a half weeks after the last fill or set. Waxing covers small areas such as the chin, lip and nose, along with underarms, full arms, a full face, bikini, inner backside and a female Brazilian.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged half the service cost, and no-call, no-show or missed appointments are charged the full cost. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, after which the visit may be shortened or canceled with a fee. Changes should be reported by text, which is preferred, or by phone. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Education and between-visit guidance are central here: the owner enjoys explaining how to care for skin, lashes and brows and answers questions outside appointments.
