Each lash set begins with a short consultation and evaluation so the design can be customized. Lashes are faux-mink or silk, applied one at a time with an adhesive the business describes as sensitive-safe, and volume sets are fanned with 2 to 12 extensions per natural lash. Appointments run about 60 to 120 minutes depending on the service. The business states it uses premium, tested, skin-safe materials. Classic lash services are no longer on the menu.

Jewelry is offered in permanent and semi-permanent styles. Permanent pieces are welded on at the wrist, ankle or neck with no clasp, while semi-permanent pieces have a clasp so they can be removed. Chains come in 14k gold or sterling silver, with 14k gold-filled options for some styles, and optional or custom charms are available. The business says its jewelry is tarnish-resistant and safe to wear in water. Jump rings opened on earlier pieces can be re-welded.

Booking policies are strict. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice, a shorter-notice cancellation is charged 50%, and a no-call/no-show is charged the full scheduled service. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, without eye makeup or mascara, to avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours beforehand and to remove contact lenses before service.
