The studio has offered lash lifts since 2012 and focuses on that one service rather than a broad menu. It describes itself as highly experienced in the treatment, and it notes a steady base of repeat clients.

Two lift methods are offered at $155 each, tint included. The keratin-infused lift suits thin to medium and semi-thick lashes, and the studio describes it as damage-free and made without thioglycolic acid. The traditional lift is the option for very thick or stubborn straight lashes. The studio works from more than 40 lifting rods or shields, including Korean and Japanese types chosen for Asian eyes.

Results depend on lash length. The studio suggests about 6mm is enough for some clients and 8mm or more for others. Monolid and hooded lids cover roughly 2 to 4mm of lash at the base, so those clients generally need more length. A lash lift does not make lashes longer or fuller, and clients who want extra length can buy Revitalash lash-lengthening serum at the studio before their first appointment.

Clients should arrive without mascara, since mascara removal is not included in the appointment time. They need to be able to close both eyes and stay still during treatment. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and a fee equal to the full service price applies to those, to no-shows and to late arrivals. Services, packages, gift certificates and purchased products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Clients unhappy with a result can contact the studio, which will try to remedy the situation, though no free redo applies when mascara, watery or twitchy eyes, or eyes moving during treatment affected the outcome.
