About

Lash Icon was founded by Jaydn, who moved to Dallas to start a beauty business. The studio's stated mission is to train more lash stylists and fewer lash technicians, with personalized lash service at the center of that goal.

Each set is built around the individual client, matched to their personal style and look. Clients can choose a light, natural enhancement or a bolder, more dramatic finish. The business also offers a quiz that suggests a Lash Icon lash set based on the shape and features of a client's eyes.

Beyond in-person appointments, Lash Icon sells lash products through its online shop and provides education, including free resources and online courses. In-person bookings can be paid for over time through a Buy Now, Pay Later option for amounts from $50 to $4,000, which needs approval before the appointment.

The business describes its mission as training lash stylists rather than technicians, with a focus on personalized service for each client.
