Lash & Glow was created in 2021 by founder and lead artist Tiffany Ferraz, and the studio is built around a personal, comfortable visit where clients leave feeling confident and polished. Every set is shaped to the client's natural features, personal style and daily lifestyle rather than a single standard look.

The menu covers lash extensions from a full set through touch-ups and refills, with an LED-included option available in any lash style. Lash lifts curl natural lashes, and brow lamination is a perm for brow hairs that leaves them groomed and fuller looking. The Glow Duo combines a lash lift and brow lamination in one appointment, and weekly or bi-weekly Glow Packages are offered for clients who want touch-ups on a set schedule.

Visits are booked by appointment and some services require a deposit that is applied to the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged half the scheduled total. Payments are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with a 6% processing fee on Afterpay transactions.

Lash & Glow also runs training for lash artists. A one-on-one course covers three days, including two days working on live models, with a lash manual and a certificate of completion. A one-day hands-on LED Lash Training is designed for artists who already work with lashes, and extra model days can be added for a fee.

Each set is customized to suit the client's natural features, personal style and lifestyle, with the aim of a personal, comfortable experience.
