The lash menu runs from a Classic set, for a simple, natural look with longer, defined lashes, to Hybrid sets that blend natural and fluffy lashes for fullness without too much drama. Volume sets add fuller, fluffier lashes for a more dramatic look, and the Mega Volume set is the studio's fullest and most dramatic option. Full sets take between 120 and 160 minutes.

Fills are matched to the time since the last visit. Classic, Volume and Mega Volume fills are offered as two-week or three-week maintenance, while Hybrid fills are sized to 1-, 2- or 3-week windows. Hybrid fills require at least 40% lash retention, and anything less is charged as a full set. Volume and Mega Volume fills at the three-week mark can also be charged as a full set if lash loss is heavy. Lash removal is available using professional products meant to protect natural lashes.

The portfolio includes correcting and removing previous lash work, a Soft Bloom Set built on a customized lash map, Light Volume sets shaped to eye shape, and Custom Volume Lashes.
