The spa is owned by Samantha Brown, who holds licenses as an esthetician, cosmetologist and physician assistant. The business says its mission is to give each client a luxurious experience and that every treatment is tailored to the individual.

Visits are by appointment only. New clients complete an online intake form when booking, and are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, since a late arrival may mean a shorter appointment at the same price. Children and extra visitors are not allowed in treatment areas, and phones must be silenced there. Free parking is available, and the spa can be reached by car, bus or train from communities such as Hollis, Jamaica, Floral Park and Valley Stream.

The facial menu ranges from a 60-minute Signature SHEER Lily Facial at $140, which includes a complimentary paraffin hand treatment, to a 120-minute Ultimate SHEER Facial Journey at $325, which combines a customized facial, enzyme peel, dermaplaning and LED light. Other options include acne facials, an LED treatment for acne or anti-aging concerns, a galvanic deep pore cleansing facial with no massage or steam, and dermaplaning facials. Peels run from a natural enzyme peel to multi-session programs for dark spots and discoloration.

Laser hair removal is priced by treatment area and sold in packages, with sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Laser skin treatments address concerns such as acne scars, ingrown hairs, rosacea, psoriasis and nail fungus, and begin with a consultation. The spa uses the Aerolase Neo Elite laser and, according to the salon, the laser is highly awarded and was a two-time Cosmopolitan Best Laser winner in 2021.

The spa is cashless and accepts all major credit cards and digital payments. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service price. eGift cards, gift cards and prepaid service packages for a series of treatments are available.

Each treatment is tailored to the client, and several services, including injectables, medical weight loss and some peel and laser programs, begin with a consultation.
