Every visit starts with a personalized consultation to talk through preferences before any service begins. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and clean lashes, without eye makeup or oily products near the eyes. A valid payment card is needed to hold a booking, but it is not charged at booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the service price. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment is canceled and half the service is charged to the card on file. No-shows are charged the full service. Squeeze-in appointments cost $40 and are requested by text. The studio may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment and will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible.
