Manicures and pedicures make up much of the menu. A classic manicure with regular polish starts at $55, a gel manicure at $65, a structured gel manicure at $80, and the Signature 60 gel manicure at $85, which the studio guarantees within 60 minutes for short nails in one colour. The Signature Spa Pedicure is $90 and runs 90 minutes. Gel extensions are offered as a full set in medium length with one colour, and as refills. Acrylic removal is available for work done at another salon, and gel removal is complimentary when a new gel service is booked.

Nail art is grouped under design options: micro detail, signature finish in French, chrome, ombre or cat eye, elevated design, and bespoke artistry. Enhancements include spa add-ons such as extended exfoliation, deep hydration and a relaxing massage, a quick hydration ritual for hands or feet, a deluxe spa upgrade, nail repair, gel finish upgrades, and an extreme length upgrade for gel extensions worn past extra-long. A Hermès signature nail lacquer upgrade is also on the menu.

Eyebrow and lash services cover brow shaping, brow tint, brow lamination with shape and tint, and a Brow Shape and Tint service at $45 that takes 45 minutes and lasts up to 4 weeks. Lash extensions come in classic, 2D-3D volume, hybrid, wispy and mega volume styles, with refills recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. Lash lifts with tint, lash tint and extension removal are also offered. A classic lash extension new set is $150 and takes 150 minutes.

The studio has a private VIP room with its own manicure station, pedicure chair and artist behind a closed door. Guests receive complimentary coffee, tea, still or sparkling water, and blankets on request, and soft disposable socks are provided after pedicures. The studio says it uses medical-grade sterilization for manicure and pedicure tools, uses single-use disposables, and lets each client take their nail file home after a service. Same-time services have two technicians perform a manicure and pedicure together in one appointment, with a $40 same-time rate according to the booking site. Appointments before 9:00 am or after 5:00 pm are available on request for an additional $20 fee. Online bookings require a $20 deposit per service, and changes need at least 24 hours' notice; late changes and no-shows forfeit the deposit as a cancellation fee. Gift cards are offered.

The studio also hosts partnerships with local businesses, including corporate wellness days, team events, private events, bridal parties and brand collaborations.
