The salon sits inside a professional office building, on an upper floor reached by the lobby elevator to Suite 720. It is about a three-minute walk from Grand Central Terminal, on East 43rd Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. Services take place in a private suite. Hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Lash sets are tailored to each client. Curl (C, CC, D, or L), length, diameter, and fan density are chosen to suit the shape of the client's eyes. Lash extensions are made with faux-mink and cashmere fibers, and the adhesives are formaldehyde-free and latex-free. Tools are sanitized in hospital-grade autoclaves.

Beyond lashes, the menu covers eyelash and eyebrow tinting, eyebrow and facial threading, and facials with extraction. Removal of existing extensions uses a medical-grade de-bonder followed by a lash bath. Appointments can be booked through Vagaro, which also lists the current services and prices, or by phone, text, or email.

The salon says it avoids overloading natural lashes in order to protect their health. Lash sets are customized to each client's eye shape.
