The menu centres on semi-permanent eyelash extensions. Classic extensions use single extensions close in thickness to natural lashes, placed on individual natural lashes, with length and curl chosen to suit the client's face and eye shape. Hybrid extensions mix classic and volume styles for a textured look. Volume extensions apply several very fine extensions, typically 0.03 to 0.07 in diameter, to each natural lash for a lighter, fuller finish, and are offered to clients with sparse lashes, bald spots, or who want a more dramatic look. Bottom lash extensions are also available as a separate service.

The fee is non-refundable and is applied to the client's first service. Clients who already have extensions from another facility cannot have them filled at Lash District; they need a removal and a new set first. Removal is offered for individually applied professional extensions only, and cluster lashes are not removed.

Refills are recommended every two to three weeks. If more than 21 days have passed since the last visit, the studio asks clients to book a full set instead. Two refills per full set are recommended to help keep natural lashes healthy.

Booking requires a valid credit card on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment carry a $50 non-refundable fee, and clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. All services are final and non-refundable. If a client has an allergic reaction to extensions, refunds are not issued, but a complimentary removal is offered. Gift cards are sold, and gift card balances can be checked.

Recommends refills every two to three weeks and two refills per full set to help keep natural lashes healthy. The studio describes its products as the highest quality in the industry.
