The lash menu covers classic, hybrid or natural, volume and mega volume extensions, with brown versions of several styles. Full sets are applied to each natural lash, and fills and shorter boosts are available for maintenance between visits. Lash lifts with or without a tint, and a Korean lift and tint for stubborn, coarse or straight lashes, are also offered.

The brow menu includes tweezing, waxing, tinting and henna tinting, and brow lamination, which smooths and sets brow hairs. The tweezing-only option uses no wax and suits sensitive skin. The Lash&Brow Cafe Signature Set pairs a lash set customized to the client with brow shaping and tint.

Booking policies: new clients pay a $40 deposit for some services, including the Signature Set and several full sets. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice incurs a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Custom brows and lashes are shaped to suit each client's features and style, with natural everyday looks and full-glam options both available.
