The lash menu covers classic, hybrid, volume, eye corner and Kim K style sets. Full sets and refills are priced separately, and newer artists have a lower-priced classic set. Other services include permanent makeup powder brows, eyebrow tinting and waxing, lash tinting, and lash removal for people who want their extensions taken off.
Before a first full set, the client chooses the fullness and curl they want, and the stylist then completes the set. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner or eyeshadow. Lash refills are recommended every two to three weeks. If too much time has passed and few lashes remain, the salon may recommend removal and a new set instead. Clients who have extensions done at another salon are welcome, though removal and a new set may be suggested if the work shows improper technique.
The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. A $20 non-refundable deposit reserves an appointment and is applied to the service cost. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee, and there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which the deposit is forfeited. Children under 12 are not allowed in the studio during appointments. The salon says its clients often come through referrals and that it has received positive reviews.
