Lash Bestie Co. is based in Las Vegas, and its focus on the lash industry began in 2017. Founder and CEO Angelica Mack built the company around education for lash artists. The office is listed as open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and closed on weekends.

Education is the core of the business. Public in-person classes for artists run from two to four days and cover Classic, Volume, Hybrid and Mega lash extensions, with starting prices from $850 to $1,100 depending on the course. Private one-on-one sessions are also offered, and salons can host group training for three to eleven artists at their own location. Group training can be condensed or held after hours or on weekends to suit the salon's schedule.
