The lash menu covers extensions in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with fills and full sets priced by style. Each extension style is customized to the client. Semi-permanent options are also available: a lash lift that curls natural lashes for up to 6-8 weeks, a lash tint that colors them for 2-3 weeks, and a combination of the two. Clients are asked to arrive with no makeup or mascara on, and lashes should stay dry for 24 hours after a lift or lift and tint.

Brow services include maintenance for brows that are already shaped, which covers waxing, tweezing and trimming, along with semi-permanent brow tinting and brow lamination, which reshapes and sets brow hairs for up to 6-8 weeks. Brow design and shaping is a fuller session that sculpts the brows to suit the face and shows clients how to fill them in with makeup. Clients using retinol should stop it 7-10 days before a brow appointment, and brows should stay dry for 24 hours after lamination.

Makeup work includes studio application, makeup instruction, bridal makeup and bridal trials, and makeup for bridal parties. The studio also travels for special occasions throughout New England, and a travel fee may apply to on-location bookings.

Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice are charged 50% of the service amount, and no-shows or no-calls are charged the full amount.

The studio focuses on lashes, brows and makeup that look natural rather than heavy, with lash styles tailored to each client.
