The facial menu covers vitamin C brightening, carboxy CO2 therapy, herb peeling, a PCA chemical peel, a wrinkle-focused facial, a Korean-style glow facial and a customized signature facial that runs 70 minutes. Several facials are listed at a set price, and the PCA peel is currently offered at a limited-time special rate.

The salon accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle and credit card, with cash and Zelle preferred. Clients should arrive with no eye makeup, since removing it costs $30, and should avoid lash strip glues for three days and caffeine for three hours before a lash appointment. Appointments more than 15 minutes late without notice are cancelled. Changes should be requested at least 24 hours ahead; cancellations within 24 hours carry a 30% fee, and those within one hour or no-shows carry a 70% fee. Extra guests are not allowed at appointments, and foreign lash fills are not offered.
