Alongside lash extensions, the studio offers Korean lash lifts with tint, brow lamination, brow shaping and tinting, lash tint, several kinds of waxing, and laser teeth whitening for clients 18 and older. Gift cards are available for a visit or as a present.

The extension menu covers classic sets, where each extension is applied to one natural lash, along with hybrid sets that mix classic and volume lashes and mega volume sets. Volume work uses handmade fans made by the studio, and mega volume uses lighter lashes so each fan can hold more of them. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks and need at least 40 percent of the extensions still in place. Fills done after three weeks, or with less retention, may need extra time or be booked as a full set. The studio says fills are one price across all styles with no upcharges. Clients whose lashes were applied by another artist can book a New Client Fill, which requires clean lashes, and foreign fills are accepted case by case.

The Korean lash lift with tint takes about an hour and a half and is listed at $120. A keratin version, priced at $150 and taking two hours, adds a keratin step, conditioner and a pH balancing treatment, then finishes with a restorative lash mask and includes a tint. The studio says its lash lift uses gentler chemicals than standard lifts to reduce drying. Both versions are listed as lasting roughly six to eight weeks, depending on the lash growth cycle. Brow lamination, also called a brow lift, takes an hour and includes shaping and tint.

Cancellations need 72 hours' notice. Cancelling within 72 hours is charged at 50 percent of the appointment cost, and cancelling within 24 hours or on the same day is charged at 100 percent. A no-show is charged the full appointment cost. A payment and deposit are required before a client can book their next appointment.

The studio focuses on lash extensions and lifts, with fill pricing that stays the same across styles. It describes its lash lift as gentler on lashes, using chemicals meant to reduce drying.
