New clients must be 18 or older, and a full set is not required for a first visit. Foreign lashes are welcome at no extra charge, and guests may wait in the waiting area. Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, closed Sunday.

Fills are priced by appointment length, and refill timing depends on the set: full sets are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, while 30, 60 and 90 minute fills cover roughly 15%, 40% and 70% of natural lashes. Longer appointments produce fuller lashes. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by voice call or text, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service applies, and future appointments are not accepted until that fee is paid. Late arrival may shorten the appointment, and the full price is charged. Payment is accepted by cash, major cards, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp and Apple Pay, but not by personal checks, traveler's checks or money orders. Gratuity is not included, and the business cites 15% to 25% as the industry standard. Clients who feel discomfort or irritation should contact the business within 5 business days; full removal is done at no cost at the next appointment, without a refund.
