Erin Risenmay opened Lash Allure in May 2012, after attending esthetics school to offer lash extensions. The salon says its mission is for every client to leave feeling beautiful, and Erin's own goal is to help each client feel better about herself.

The salon has two Issaquah locations: the main studio at 355 NW Gilman Blvd #107 and a second at 160 NW Gilman Blvd #101, where the hours include a daily lunch break from 2 to 2:45 PM. Extensions can be styled in soft, natural, full or dramatic looks and in a range of lengths. The salon describes its lash professionals as elite.

A visit starts with clients removing all makeup before they arrive. The look is discussed at the appointment, and the next fill is booked then. Most clients return every two to three weeks. Pricing depends on the extension style and on whether the artist is an artist, senior artist or master artist, and a foreign fill carries a small surcharge.

Before and after photos are shared on Facebook and Instagram, and gift cards can be bought online.

Classic extensions place one individual lash on each natural lash for a natural, mascara-like result, while volume extensions fan several lashes onto each natural lash for fullness. The application is tailored to each client's preference.

The salon describes its environment as positive and relaxing.
