Lash work is the largest range on the menu. Options run from a Classic Full Set, which uses one extension per natural lash, to Hybrid or Volume sets that layer classic extensions with handmade volume fans, and Mega Volume sets that use fans of 6 to 15 extensions per natural lash. Fills are timed by how long since the last visit: a 60 minute fill for clients two to three weeks out, a 90 minute fill for three to three and a half weeks out, and a Mega Volume Extended Fill for Mega Volume lashes at three to three and a half weeks, provided at least 40 percent of extensions remain. Fills for lashes applied elsewhere are available with at least half of the lashes still in place, and extension removal and a Korean Lash Lift with tint are also offered. Fill packages of five sessions can be bought at a discount and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Brow services include a tint, a wax, a wax and tint combination, and a lamination with shaping and tint. Hair removal is done with sugar paste and sugaring: underarms, a maintenance Brazilian that should be booked four to five weeks after the previous visit, and a Brazilian Sugar recommended for first-time clients or anyone six or more weeks since their last sugaring.

Skin care includes a 60 minute Glow Facial with skin analysis, double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, steam, extractions when needed, a customized mask, facial massage, moisturizer and SPF. A 90 minute Luxe Glow Facial adds dermaplaning. Microneedling is offered as a collagen induction treatment aimed at skin texture, acne scars, fine lines, enlarged pores and uneven tone, and the studio may recommend multiple sessions. Microneedling starts at $275 and runs 90 minutes or more.

Booking comes with set policies. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and a late cancellation is charged 50 percent of the service. No-shows are charged the full service total, deposits are non-refundable, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling and the cancellation fee. Payment is taken through the booking platform, and booking means agreeing to these terms. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 9 AM to 2:30 PM, and closed Friday and Saturday.
