The eyelash menu covers several extension styles. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash in a 1:1 ratio, with roughly 70 to 80 extensions per eye. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume fans, described by the studio as about 30% classic and 70% volume. Volume sets place 2 to 6 fine extensions on each natural lash, up to a 6:1 ratio. Mega Volume fans 7 to 16 ultra-fine extensions on each natural lash, and Russian Volume fans 2 to 6 ultra-fine extensions. Wet Look is a 2D-3D set meant to look darker and glossier, and a Wispy look can be added to Classic, Hybrid, Volume or Mega Volume sets for an extra $10. Eyelash Lamination and Tint lifts and curls the natural lashes and adds tint. Refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, when new extensions go on as older ones shed. Removal dissolves the adhesive.

Facial waxing is offered for women on the cheeks, chin, ears, eyebrows, lip, neck, nose and sideburns.

New clients fill out the Eyelash Extension Consent Form before their first visit and receive a booking app on their first visit, which works on iOS and Android. Booking is recommended at least two weeks ahead, online or by phone, with a non-refundable $15 booking fee plus a $0.80 online fee that is applied toward the total at service. Cancelling or rescheduling without enough notice, or not showing up, carries a $15 fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service, add a fee or require rebooking. Payment is due at the time of service. Refunds are not offered for completed lash or brow services; corrections are offered under the lash extension guarantee if contacted within 72 hours of the appointment. Issues reported within 48 hours of application are covered at no extra cost, repairs must be booked within 5 days of the original appointment, and the guarantee applies only when aftercare instructions were followed and extensions were not tampered with. The studio also lists a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on lash extensions. Unused store products can be returned within 15 days for store credit if they keep their original tags and packaging, with return shipping paid by the customer.
