The hair menu covers cutting and styling for women, men, children and teens, including new client consultations, cut-only and cut-and-dry options, and bang and beard trims. Color services include highlights, lowlights, glazes and toners, ombre, balayage and vivid color priced at $150 per hour, and corrective color for uneven tone, brassiness or past color mishaps. Other hair services include perms, blowouts, braids, sew-in extensions and several keratin options, among them Keratin Alpha, Brazilian Blowout and a regular keratin treatment.

The day spa is on the second floor, reached by stairs only, with three private treatment rooms and a separate private room for airbrush tanning. Facial options include Hydrafacial and Hydra facial MD treatments, and microneedling is performed by trained spa technicians. Peels include a custom chemical peel that takes 30 to 45 minutes and is applied by an aesthetic specialist, along with an image peel. Other offerings include hair removal and waxing, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow tinting, head spa treatments and an ethereal scalp massage. The day spa describes its brow shaping as award winning, according to the salon.

Bridal services include bridal hair styling, bridal hair and makeup, and Updo Bride. Trial Bride & Day Hair is a full run-through of the wedding day look. A bride hair trial is required before bridal styling, a 50% deposit is due when booking, and a 20% gratuity is added to bridal party pricing. Sunday bridal dates are priced after a consultation, and Sunday payments are accepted by cash or check only.

Clients who cancel within 48 hours of an appointment, or don't show up for it, are billed half of the appointment's cost. The salon is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from nine in the morning until eight at night, Wednesdays from 9:30 AM until 3 PM, Fridays from 9 AM until 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM until 3 PM, and it stays shut on Sundays and Mondays. Rates may change and depend on the service and on each guest's hair or skin needs, so guests are encouraged to check current pricing with the salon first. A Laschi Library runs on a take-one, leave-one basis, so clients can borrow a book and leave one behind.
