The Face Reality Acne Boot Camp is the studio's structured program for acne. A new client starts with an 80-minute session that combines an in-depth acne consultation, a skin analysis and a first treatment, and leaves with a customized home-care regimen and a treatment plan. Existing boot camp clients continue with a 45-minute bi-weekly treatment, which the studio recommends every two weeks. Face Reality home-care products are sold separately from both services.

Facials range from the 65-minute LaRose Signature Facial, which includes cleansing, steam, extractions as needed, a mask, serums, moisturizer and SPF, to a 55-minute teen facial for ages 12 to 15 that is designed to clear and unclog pores, and a 70-minute HydraFacial Deluxe with a serum selected for the client and LED light therapy. Other options include a Korean lash lift with tint and a waxing menu covering the face, body and legs, with separate pricing for first-time and returning Brazilian clients. Microchanneling is offered as a single treatment or as a corrective series of four or six sessions, priced below the regular rate when bought together.

The studio describes its setting as serene and soothing. Booking requires at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Packages can be bought online and their credits apply automatically at checkout, and gift cards are available. The business is open Monday through Saturday, with the schedule published on its listing and Sunday closed.
