Color is the salon's core. Services range from single process color for new growth and full color by hair length to balayage, foil and high/low lighting, face-frame work, toners and glosses, and bleach with toner. Full color and highlight services are priced per hour and most include a blow out. Clients booking balayage for the first time are strongly encouraged to have a consultation first.

Cuts run from child's haircuts and short cuts to pixies, bobs and longer shapes. Existing clients can book shorter maintenance cuts, micro cuts and bang trims, provided they return within set windows since their last cut. A transformational cut is offered to new clients wanting a major change, to existing clients with very long or thick hair, and to anyone who needs significant length or weight removed.

Styling includes blow outs, flat iron and curling iron work, add-ons, special-occasion updos and bridal updos, which can be done in the salon or on site at the wedding. Bridal updos in the salon on the day of the wedding require a consultation beforehand, and on-site bridal work is priced by location.

Practical details: clients get a confirmation text 48 hours before their appointment, and the salon may reschedule when a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Cancellations and changes go by email, and cancellations or no-shows made with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full booked fee. Clients are asked to share any allergies, sensitivities or special needs before the visit. Gender-free pricing applies, Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person on bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment, and gift cards are sold. The salon does not currently offer clipper cuts, fades or barbering.

The salon works with organic, low-tox color and favors organic, eco-friendly products that are sourced ethically and sustainably.
