Visits are by appointment only. Clients can book by phone or through the Book Now button on the website, and the business recommends booking three to four days ahead, though last-minute openings are sometimes accepted. First-time clients are asked for a credit card or gift certificate number to hold the appointment, and the card is not charged at booking. Body contouring options include HIFEM body sculpting, Cryo Slimming (described as an FDA-cleared procedure also known as fat freezing), radio frequency skin tightening and PR Cell cellulite contouring, sold individually or in packages. Waxing is a specialty, with European waxes described as gentle and sanitary. The business describes its nail services as premium, performed in an odor-free environment with high-quality products and strict sanitation standards. Acrylic, hard gel, dip powder and other non-soak-off enhancements must be removed before the appointment.

Policies cover several areas. Changes made with under 12 hours' notice, and missed appointments without a call, may be charged. Late cancellations cost $50 for each hour of the missed service, due before the next booking. Guests, animals and young children can't join appointments. Anyone under 18 needs a grown-up present before any treatment can start. Clients should bring little jewelry, since pieces have to come off for services, and the salon takes no responsibility for lost items. Spafinder and Spawish gift cards cover full-price services only, and Spaweek cards are no longer taken. Gift certificates come in fixed amounts from $50 to $500 and can go toward any service or product.
