Membership options include the Beauty Membership at $75 a month or $699 for the year, which brings 10% off products and services, a $100 credit toward services and a free monthly B-12 shot. The Elite Beauty Membership is $100 a month or $999 for the year and adds 20% off products and services, $9.75 per unit of Botox, 15% off any filler, a $125 credit and a monthly choice of a B-12 shot, Lipo B-12, an eyebrow or eyelash tint, or a spa upgrade. Laser hair removal memberships are $249 a month for two areas or $299 a month for three areas, each with one treatment a month. Laser hair removal and Platinum memberships require a three-month minimum. Payments are taken in monthly installments on the 1st and memberships renew until cancelled. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be transferred, and remaining credits do not carry over. Both Beauty memberships offer a $35 credit for patient referrals, which can build up for up to three months. Membership costs and fees are confirmed with an Elemence representative. CareCredit financing is available.

Wellness and weight-loss options include peptide therapy, massage therapy, hormone replacement therapy through BIOTE, an Anti-aging Wellness Program, and semaglutide or tirzepatide programs. The spa also offers Hydrafacial Keravive for hair and scalp health.
