A first visit starts with a greeting by name and a short tour before anything begins. Massage guests are asked about areas of tension and how much pressure they like, while facial guests review their skin, routine and concerns with the esthetician. New guests do not need to pick a specific treatment; they can describe how they feel and the therapist or esthetician will suggest one.
