Braiding is the core of the menu: knotless and box braids, feed-in braids, crochet braids, men's scalp braids and two strand twists, along with sew-ins and quick weaves. Clients who already wear braids, weaves or twists can book a RENU takedown, in which the stylist removes the existing style and then gives the hair a full wash, deep conditioning, steam treatment and a blow out. Takedowns are offered for each braid and weave type, and closure and traditional weft sew-ins need a sign-off before removal.

Booking runs on deposits and a short list of rules. Every service takes a 25% non-refundable deposit that goes toward the balance, and selective braid services take 50% at checkout. Cards are the only accepted payment, and cash is taken only as tips. Guests are asked to come alone unless they are also getting a service, there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and clients running later need to call. Clients may reschedule once, and a no-call, no-show forfeits the deposit. Replies to messages and calls may take up to 24 hours.

A VIP membership is offered as a monthly plan at $147 a month or a 3-month plan at $399.99 every three months, with the 3-month plan limited to 10 members. Members can book further ahead than the public, who see openings two months out. While the membership stays active, members get $15 off every service and a $150 credit every six months, plus $20 off during their birthday month. Saturdays are reserved for members, and each visit includes a take-home bag of the products the stylists use.

Takedowns follow a set sequence: a gentle removal of the existing style, a full wash, deep conditioning, steam and a blow out.
