Refills are priced by timing, at 7, 14 or 21 days after a set, and are only done after a full set with the studio. To qualify, at least 70% of lashes should remain within 7 days, 50% within 14 days and 40% within 21 days. Appointments more than three weeks after a set are treated as a new set.
No deposit is needed to book, but a card must be added to hold an appointment. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead. No-shows and cancellations with less notice may be charged the full service price. Clients who are sick or have an unexpected conflict are asked to tell the studio as early as possible.
Walnut Creek is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, with the last appointment at 5 pm, and some Saturdays by appointment. San Francisco is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm, with the last appointment at 5 pm.
Sets are individualized, and the studio emphasizes sterile tools and single-use materials.
