Every visit opens with a free consultation before any treatment is booked. Appointments are required; the salon sometimes has last-minute openings, which can be requested by text or direct message. Sessions usually last one to two hours. Permanent makeup procedures are done under topical numbing, and clients typically report mild scratching, pressure or discomfort. Brows appear darker immediately after treatment and can look a little swollen or irritated; the final shade settles over several weeks of healing. Existing or poorly executed permanent makeup is assessed first, and the fix might be a color adjustment, a different technique, or removal before a new design goes in.

Booking requires a small non-refundable deposit, with the balance due at the time of service. Appointments can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours ahead without penalty, and later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled. Permanent makeup is limited to clients 18 or older, and clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present for facials, lashes and waxing. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no makeup for permanent makeup or facial appointments, to avoid caffeine and alcohol beforehand, and to avoid exfoliating or retinol for three to five days before permanent makeup or waxing. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle and cash, and financing is available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service. The studio serves clients from across Miami-Dade County, including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Doral, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Aventura and Homestead.
