The facial menu ranges from botanical facials using Eminence Organic Skin Care to clinical treatments and chemical peels using IMAGE Skincare. More advanced options include diamond-tip microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion with LED light, dermaplaning with oxygen infusion, and microneedling, including the Dermatude Meta Therapy system and a PDRN facial made with a salmon-derived ingredient. The business says every treatment is customized to the client's concerns and skin.

Hair removal is a large part of the business, done by sugaring or waxing. The sugaring paste is made by hand from Lalla's own recipe, and waxing uses Sharonelle natural and hard wax made in Canada. Bikini, Brazilian, face, underarm, and full body services are all offered. EpilaDerm, an enzyme-based add-on applied after hair removal, is described as making future growth thinner and lighter over time; according to the site it doubles the price of the service it is added to. The business says sugaring and waxing is its most requested service.

Beyond hair removal and facials, the spa offers body scrubs, a bio-slimming wrap, back and buttock facials for acne and melasma, a three-level Moroccan hammam steam bath, head spa scalp treatments, an infrared sauna blanket, brow and lash services, nail services with Karma Organic and BioSeaweed Gel, and a full massage menu. Complimentary herbal teas and water are offered. There are two parking spaces in front of the entrance, and free street parking is nearby.
