The team says it listens first and shapes each cut around the client's hair type, face shape and daily routine. Haircuts include a consultation covering face shape and routine. A men's cut usually takes about 30 minutes, and a women's cut with wash and styling runs close to an hour. Appointments are recommended, with walk-ins accepted when the schedule allows. Clients can book by online chat, WhatsApp or phone, and can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours ahead. The salon accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay, and prefers tips in cash.

For chemical services, the salon checks the condition of the hair first and will say so if it is not ready. Keratin takes two to three hours depending on length and density, and the salon recommends coloring before keratin when both are wanted. Afterward, clients should avoid washing for 72 hours and use a sulfate-free shampoo. Color work uses Redken color-protection products.
