The menu covers beard trims, kids' haircuts ages 3 to 17, gender-specific and they/them haircuts, transitioning cuts from long to short or short to long, and blow outs with a longer scalp massage. Color options include foil highlighting, all-over color on one shade, double process, and bleach and toning, which may take one to three sessions. Consultations are required before some color, chemical and bridal services, and tape-in hair extensions begin with a consultation.

The salon teaches clients which products and modern tools to use, and why, so they can recreate the look at home. Hairstyles are shaped around each client's facial structure and everyday routine.

For events, the salon styles bridal hair, bridesmaids hair, make-up, updos and bachelorette parties, along with birthdays, prom, groomsmen parties and bar mitzvahs, starting with a consultation. It works with bridal dress designers, photographers, coordinators and caterers, and uses a team of stylists and make-up artists for bridal parties. Mobile cuts and on-location styling are also available, with a kit fee covering all hair and make-up tools.

Bookings are made through Square. Salon hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Wednesday and Saturday, 10 am to 6:30 pm Thursday and Friday, and 10 am to 5 pm Sunday. Salon cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the appointment or half the service fee is charged, and wedding bookings have their own notice and fee terms.

Hairstyles are customized to suit each client's facial structure and day-to-day lifestyle, and clients are taught how to recreate them at home.
