Booking starts with an email, text, or direct message that includes three clear photos of the brows, taken from the front and both sides without makeup and in good light. A $50 consultation covers questions, the brow type to aim for based on the client's natural brows, pre-care, and mapping the planned shape. Procedures usually run two to four hours, and the $50 non-refundable deposit that secures the booking is applied to the procedure. Guests and children are not permitted during appointments.

A first visit is usually followed by a touch-up six to eight weeks later, which the studio strongly encourages; touch-ups are charged separately from the initial visit. Touch-ups are for returning clients only, so work done by another artist is treated as a new booking. Cover-up and color correction work must be approved by the artist first and may need a consultation based on the previous work.

Rescheduling needs 72 hours' notice to keep the deposit for a new appointment; otherwise the deposit is lost. All services are final with no refunds, though any concerns can be raised at the time of service. Clients who are pregnant or nursing, have recently taken Accutane or undergone chemotherapy, or have certain skin or blood conditions are asked to check before booking.

Brow plans are built around each client's natural brow type, with a consultation and a mapped shape before any work begins.
