On the brow and lash side, brow tinting comes in a mapped wax and hybrid tint version, and brow lamination includes mapping and a wax. A maintenance visit is offered three to four weeks after a lamination and includes a brow detox, a restore masque, mapping, waxing and tinting. Cysteamine lash lifts are available alone or with a tint, and a lamination bundle combines brow lamination, mapping, hybrid tint and wax in one 75-minute visit.
The waxing menu is broad, with short appointments for small areas such as the lip, chin, nostrils and sideburns, and longer ones for the arms, back, stomach and legs. Brazilian waxing is offered in several forms: a standard service for clients with at least five weeks of growth, a version with a jelly mask, one with a full butt wax, and a first-time service for clients who have never had a Brazilian wax. Packages combine Brazilian waxes with underarm waxes, and a larger package covers a wider set of areas.
Appointments require a deposit, which is between $5 and $25 per service for new clients depending on the service. Reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and an appointment is cancelled automatically if the client is 10 minutes late. Guests are not permitted to accompany clients, and a 50% charge of the full booked amount applies to the card on file for no-shows and for cancellations made outside the cancellation window.
