Color is handled with care. Extension coloring can be added to another booking or booked on its own and requires a custom color form. Natural hair coloring is confirmed only after a virtual consultation. The salon does not color hair that is damaged, thinning or otherwise unhealthy.

The retail side centers on Luxe hair extensions made from Brazilian virgin hair, listed as 100% natural brown or black in a range of textures. The salon describes the extensions as ethically sourced and says they can last 2+ years with proper care. Extensions can be custom colored, and the salon recommends a licensed professional for color work. Clients can arrange local pickup for NYC orders, and weekday orders placed before 10:00 AM can be picked up the same day.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit plus a $1.50 PayPal fee, which goes toward the service; some services may ask for a higher deposit. The remaining balance is paid in cash, and 4.5% NYC sales tax applies. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled at least 12 hours ahead, and the deposit can be transferred once. Cancelling forfeits the deposit, and same-day rescheduling counts as a cancellation. Guests who arrive more than 10 to 15 minutes late may lose all or part of the service. Extensions for a service must be dropped off one week before the appointment, and hair packages must be booked at least a day ahead.
