Color starts with a consultation. Ashana looks at undertone, lifestyle and the look a client wants, then recommends a custom shade from a range that runs from honey blonde and chocolate brown to copper, auburn and platinum. Consultations are held virtually by FaceTime or Zoom, depending on the service, and a Zoom link is sent before the appointment. Clients who bring their own hair for custom coloring are welcome, though the studio recommends its own extensions for the best results.
Wefted extensions are made from 100% raw, unprocessed human hair, and the FAQ says they can last one to two years or more with proper care. Custom wigs typically take five to seven business days to make, and rush orders may be possible for an added fee. Wig revamps include deep conditioning, lace repair, restyling and color touch-ups.
