The clinic is a calm, private wellness setting. The starting point is the Comprehensive Evaluation, priced at $895, made up of two physician visits. The first visit covers medical history, symptoms, medications, supplements, family history, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, work routine and goals, and includes an in-office body composition analysis. The second visit reviews results, individualized reports, recommendations and a written checklist of next steps. The first evaluation is preferably in person, while many follow-up visits can be done by telehealth when clinically appropriate.
Services are grouped into Wellness, Hormone Health, Medical Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy and Aesthetics. Wellness work covers nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery, and advanced biomarker testing, and plans may include a review of supplements based on product quality and ingredient sourcing. Hormone care covers perimenopause and menopause support, men's hormone balance, and selected testosterone therapy for women when appropriate. Medical weight management can include advanced lab evaluation, nutrition, strength-focused training, sleep support and physician-guided GLP-1 medications.
The Laguna Longevity Membership costs $225 a month, charged monthly, and can be cancelled whenever you like. Members receive three visits across the year, a monthly check-in, and a body composition reading at every visit, plus phone and email support. Higher tiers add more visits and supplement discounts, and a custom tier is quoted on an individual basis. Ongoing hormone management, peptide therapy and monthly prescription management require membership. Botox and Xeomin appointments need neither membership nor the Comprehensive Evaluation.
Billing is private pay. The clinic does not bill insurance for physician visits or in-office wellness services, but it will provide an invoice to submit to an insurer. Laboratory testing may be submitted to insurance through Quest or Labcorp depending on the plan, and some imaging and medications sent to commercial pharmacies may be billed through insurance. Compounded medications are generally self-pay.
Care is built around physician oversight, lab-based evaluation and lifestyle optimization. The clinic looks for underlying contributors to health changes rather than only treating symptoms, and it explores newer therapies while staying grounded in safety and evidence.
